Working Experience: Masayuki engaged in development of pneumatically driven robots in R&D department of an automobile-related company, and moved to IP department, where he worked on domestic and international patent applications up to grant. He made a career move to IP department of a papermaking company, where he managed overall IP matters, including IP contracts and litigations. Masayuki joined the firm in 2008, becoming a partner in 2016. He focuses much of his time on patent applications related to vehicles and autonomous vehicles, and is also experienced in appeal proceedings, trials, and litigations.
